I purchased a Keystone Zeppelin 24' travel trailer from Kitzmillers in Mason Michigan and this camper has been a nightmare.
Since June 2004 when I purchased it until February when I got it back from attempts to stop a bad leak, the dealership had it longer then I did. The slide-out leaked, the air-conditioner would stick on, the bathroom mirror fell off the wall. the water pump leaked, the trim on the inside windows is coming off and it keeps on falling apart. Even the big Zepplelin Decal on the side is wrinkeling up. We called Keystone Corporation and the Customer Service guy actually told us, "we have your money", in a plea for getting a replacement. DON'T buy a Zeppelin, find another company that sells a lightweight camper.

Welcome Rusty56. Glad you found this site. Sorry you had to post about your luck on your TT. Hopefully your next post will be better....they fixed it, or you traded it.

They put an awning on my slide out to keep the water from running in the hidden leak, still waiting to camp in a rain storm to see if that worked. As far as the other stuff, we'll see on that also as the camping season kicks in.
Thanks for the welcome

Welcome Rusty56 : Sorry to hear about your shabby treatment. Obviously some one higher up than Customer Service, needs to hear what you've been put through. I wish you well, and Good Luck with your situation.
