Then you didn't yell loud enough...The wired controller in my Signature went out
and I called Sleep Number (bed was only 3 years old) and had a conversion with the girl at Sleep Number. She shipped me a new unit for $75.00...This is my 3rd Sleep Number, but I think it will be my last. For what these things cost I feel that the warranty should be better. I can understand a prorated, but feel it should kick in after say 5 years...
