Doug Lantz contact info?

He is CEO at Shasta, and I need to contact him so he knows that CW wants me to hookup/unhook our new travel trailer 8 times, make 4 trips, at $20 gas per, and 2 hrs time per----for warranty repairs.

I found Marcus Lemonis and emailed him, BUT Shasta has to OK the work.
I feel I'm being penalized for buying a Shasta camper from CW.
CW policies are goofy, too.

I have done some googling for Lantz, but I'm not tooooo 'puter savvy.

Thanks folks--great site ya got here!

There isn't any other repair/warranty option close to you? CW is always a last option, IMHO

Thanx 2good, I called that number and Dean Brovont called me back. He is the Warranty Mgr.
He said he typically approves, or not, repairs in LESS than 24 hrs.
He also agreed CW should keep it until done, since no parts are likely needed.

Jan, unfortunately, no, we had to drive 2 hrs to pick it up in Concord, after they built it.
There is Bill Plemmons RV, another 30 mins away, that MUST be better to deal with.

I will call them, ask their warranty policies, and hopefully tell CW that BP does their customers better....kinda like showing Best Buy the price at Walmart to get a deal.
