Drain line question

I have a 2003 Monaco Diplomat, any one have any ideal what the overflow line that is located by the rear passenger side tire is connected. Due our last outing water was coming from this line. Checked the water input control valve was set got local supply

On our coach that's the freshwater tank overflow that comes out the top of the tank on that side. I suspect it's the same on yours! If you take the two screws out underneath that secures the tank access door you will be able to see it.

Usually a fresh water overflow.

Thanks to all that has responded to my question...I suspect that I have a defective City/Fresh water diverter that is letting water go into the fresh water when the control valve in the city water mode

It's more likely the diaphram in the waterpump is leaking. The check valves are incorporated into the pump diaphram which prevent back flow from the City Water into the fresh water tank. You may be able to take it apart to see if there is any debris, or put another valve, either a check valve or manual type, in the line between the pump and the fresh water tank.
