I wrote up a description of our 2012 Fleetwood Discovery, and our 2010 GMC Acadia towed vehicle, and sent it to them by email. I also sent them a whole bunch of pictures of the RV and car. Within 12 hours, the ad was on line. Great service!
Now, we'll see if it sells...
It is a unique way of marketing RV's. It's kinda of a hybrid...online shopping, they screen prospects before referring them to you & they take a very low commission if one of their referrals buys. It's more expensive than RV forums, RV Traders & RVT.com BUT they actually embed on RVT.com so you get that for free. I think it's a good option along with the RV forums.
We have never sold a coach before & always bought from a dealer so this is a new adventure. It will be interesting to see where prospects come from. I have already gotten calls & emails from dealers wanting to sell it for me (of course) & one prospect (probably from a forum) but not sure where he got the info from. He was interested & made an offer but lower than I was interested in but said we'd discuss it & call him back. He didn't want to give his phone number but said he'd call back next week. I guess we shall see if he is really interested. He said he was not a dealer & he didn't sound like one but next week is almost here
