Is this the link? Dream Finders RV - Motorhomes For Sale By Owner If so I did a bit of checking and found the business is not BBB accredited although it shows an A rating due to a complete lack of complaints. The complete lack of complaints is a bit suspicious.

I checked the addresses on google maps and found they are for nice (as in large) residences in sparsely populated woodland areas. While many legitimate businesses operate out of residences, for me, this is a warning flag.

I found a complaint at this link:

Ripoff Report | John Hiebel | Complaint Review: 643989

The thread at this link speaks favorably of them:

RV.Net Open Roads Forum: Class A Motorhomes: Dream Finders

It appears this company is a listing site for RV's for sale by owner which means they get a commision or fee for finding an RV for you; apparently including setting up financing, etc. things you could do for yourself with a bit of homework. I would suggest that you be very cautious dealing with them. Since you said that you are on SSI income, the claims you said they made sound a bit fantastic. I would strongly urge you to have a lawyer review the paperwork before you sign anything or turn over any financial information to them, such as your SSI numbers, bank account numbers, etc., especially if they want it before ever look at an RV. Also, actually go see the RV and have it inspected by an RVIA certified tech before even considering buying it.

Friends used Dream Finders to sell their RV in 2013 and they were extremely pleased; they appreciated the company did the footwork to send them only qualified, serious lookers. For $750 fee on a $62,000 sale they highly recommend this site.
