Dried glue on newly installed wood floor

After installing a new bamboo floor in our motorhome I discovered that I did not get all the dried glue up and actually did a very poor job at that. I tried just about everything imaginable to remove the dried urethane glue with no luck. I finally bought Bostik-Best Ultimate Adhesive remover and tried it. Some of the spots came up but the ones that had been on for a few weeks would not budge. I dipped a Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser into the Bostik solution and tried it. The dried glue came right up. I didn't have to rub very hard and it did not mar the finish on the floor. After cleaning the floor we used Bona to remove the oily residue and now the floor looks great! Disaster avoided!
