Driving, do you notice other RVs?

I have noticed if I知 driving our coach or just in my car I notice almost every rv. I値l look at their toad if motorized, if a pull behind or 5ver I look at the tow vehicle.

If I知 close enough I look at tow setups, tow bars, dollies, etc.

Is it me or do you do the same thing?

Careful, I may be watching you

Oh heck YES! All the time! I always feel I want to wave but of course I'm too busy trying to keep it between the lines so I usually don't.....except for this one caveat.....

If I see another RV of the same make and model as mine, I turn into this 10 year old kid and basically stalk them. Seriously. I drive behind them and check out their toad and especially their license plates to see what state they're from. Then I 'slowly' pass them so I can check out the sides and windows and if possible will try and give them a thumbs up when I go by.

But here's the stalking issue, if there are any phone numbers on their windows, like this one that was exactly like my rig, they were masseuse's from Montana, so I had my wife write down their number as I had intended on calling them to.....well...yeah..what exactly? See that's the thing..why?

Oh I don't know, I guess I just want to find out about their rig, when they bought it, how many miles, what kind of repairs, any modifications? You know, just normal things, but so far, I haven't called because yeah...kind of stalky. LOL!

But yeah, I love seeing RV's go by and what they are and of course keep an eye out for those Prevost ones. I keep hoping one of those folks decide they REALLY like 'vintage' RV's and are willing to trade for mine.....heeheehee, well, I can dream, right?

I have a boat on Lake Powell and we wave to everyone else in a cruiser... Same should be the norm for RV's as well. Kind of a kinship. When I get an RV I'll wave at you.

Yep, we got it, not sure what we have but we all seem to have it

Kills me to see nice rigs on the other side of the interstate, I can’t get a good close view and they pass to quickly.

We have boated for over 45 years, my wife and I have this conversation: On the water everyone is so nice, they all wave. You realize these are the same people come Monday morning that will not let you in and freely offer the middle finger.

I drive a truck for a living, and keep a check on all the other vehicles around me. Safety first!
But since we bought our TT last summer, I知 constantly looking to see what type of rig/towing they have! So, I guess it痴 normal.
Like a previous poster stated, when you buy a new vehicle, you start noticing all the other same vehicles out there!
