Ted,

I can't answer your question but maybe this website listing Delaware dump stations will help.

There is a state campground Killen's Pond just below Dover. They have a dump site and a nice place to stay at also.

We stay at the State Fairgrounds in Harrington, DE (about 20 minutes away from Dover) and they have nice clean showers and bathrooms. I used to camp at Dove and have used their dumpstation. Long line when you are trying to get out. If you can find another area, it would be wise to do so. Can I ask why you are dry camping in Dover now? The nascar race was last week? What are you going down there for? Good luck.

been by the dump stations at the track (lot 10) to get water. haven't used them, but they look to work like any other dump station.

I genenrally leave the track and stop at the Flying-J in NJ (195 exit 2C)
