Dunlop 255/70R22.5 SP160 Rib tire question

Hi,
These tires were purchased new last August by the auto-service place near my home and were installed by them on my 1999 Harney Coachworks Renegade, 37 ft diesel.

I have the following questions: is this a good choice for my RV? Is the size good? Is the quality good?
Also, I am wondering about the price. I see these for about $300 each plus shipping of about $150. Total price around $2000. My auto person charged me $540 per tire, plus $25 each for mounting the rims and $180 for 6 packs of MTP250 tire balancing compound.
So, was I ripped off, or are these figures in the ballpark for what I got?
I realize I am probably stuck either way, but I'm thinking about going elsewhere for future auto service and wonder if my feelings are justified or not.
Thanks for any input!

Appears you may have overpaid. Did they quote you the $3600+ before the install?
