Shopping around for tires and need to know if there is any feedback on the Dynatrac ST990 tires, they are a off brand tire, and yet the tire shop tell me that this is the main tire they install on motor-homes. The local RV dealer recommended this tire shop to me, so I must assume it is their tire shop also.

Personal feed back please

Dynatrack is a brand from Specialty Tires of America, who makes tires for things like heavy equipment, airport vehicles, forklifts, aircraft, etc. I have no idea if they design and make a good road use tire. Are they attractively priced vs other, more widely known brands?

Country of origin appears to be China - see HERE (admittedly not conclusive).

I had Dynatracs on my old Motorhome and I loved them. I got a set of 6, 19.5s for $750. I ran them for 32,000 miles before I sold the Motorhome.

Thank for the feed back so far, I have been able to read some reviews on-line and it is still mixed, wish I could find as cheap as I have seen mentioned, right now it look as if I would have to pay $1,398.82 for a set of 6 installed, which $169 each plus $65 each for mounting etc. the $65 seems a bit steep, but overall still a grand cheaper than good year.

Many post on line said they got the whole package installed for less than $900.00.

I checked with my local Sam's club and they would sale me a Michelin tire for $281 plus $15 per tire mounting but I would have to bring the tires in myself because they could not remove the tires from my motor-home there, [being they are not equiped] so that is completely out of the question.

At camping world it would have cost me over 2K for Goodyears.
