EA+ (medical evacuation insurance)

I would like to hear from folks who have EA+ medical evacuate insurance, especially those who have, unfortunately, needed to make use of it. Did it meet your expectations? How did perceived benefit compare to actual benefit. I realize any insurance is a gamble, but I'm interested if the company lived up to it's advertisement.

We had it but unfortunately you have to be a certain distance from home to use it....we were not...
We thought as full timers it would be different but that was not the case...
It sounds great and would be worth it if you were out on the road and needed it...

I am interested to see if anyone on here has benefited from it...
