If we have set foot in the state, it counts for us. I'm not talking about stepping over the state line, and walking back over to the other state and slapping the sticker on, but spending at least an hour in the state :P
Our RV has nothing to do with it. Ours consists of any state that we have physically been in together, whether camping, visiting, or just traveling through. Heck, Wyoming is stuck on even though it was only Yellowstone, and Alabama even though the highway kept jumping between Tennessee and Alabama.
You will always find militants in this subject, just like any other subject, who proclaim that their way is the only proper way. The truth is, is whatever you want is what is best. As long as you physically set foot in the state, count it good as far as I'm concerned.
