electric battery cover

I remember seeing an electric battery cover in a truck few years ago. You would plug them into the 110 of your house at night. I would like to know if they still exist and where. They would come handy here in New Brunswick Canada at minus 27-28 during the night. And it would save me from creeping under the coach to remove them for the winter.
