electric flush problem

My Sealand/Dometic 4300/4400 electric flush toilet is acting funny.

I have noticed that sometimes when I try to add water I have to wiggle the handle once or twice to get it to work.

Had to relocate yesterday due to no water at row. While I was disconnected from shore water I noticed that it would not fill when flushed with water pump on. As if it needed more pressure to work.

There must be something wearing out or out of adjustment. With low pressure it won't ad water.

Troubleshooting guide says watervalve defective.

Has anyone else had this issue ?
