Electric folding bicycle, anyone have something like this ?

Hi, not sure if I attached the picture correctly but was wondering if anyone takes along something like this. It is a 20 inch wheel and 5 speed electric bike. Go maybe 15 mph with electric and drive about a distance of 15 miles before a charge is needed.

I thought it might be fun to have as no license or registration is needed.

Thom just bought me a Buddy Scooter 170i so that I can go short distances like down to the post office or the store or the doctors. It's rated to do tops of 65 mph and could go on the highway ..... but I will probably never take it on the highway and probably won't go too much over 50mph with it. The tank is only 1.7 gallons but it goes almost 100 miles to the gallon.

You may want to look into a scooter that will let you go more than 15mph and 15 miles to the charge. 15 miles sounds like it might be enough but I know right now we are not that far from things and it would be at least 10 miles there and back to the store so what would happen if it did not have a full charge? Looks cool but 15 miles is not a lot of distance.

If the battery dies, then you can peddle it like a normal bicycle. I like the idea that it folds so I could put it in the basement.
