Electric Sun shade mounting

The screws that hold our sunshade have come vibrated loose. The trim that the shade is mounted to is plastic. what is the best way to relair the holes to reinset the screws. Larger screws will not work because the shade brackes screw hole can not be enlarged.

It might sound silly, but try wrapping the bolts/screws with plumbing Teflon tape.
