Angry Electric window 2005 Dutch Star 4023

Does anyone have a electric window on the driver side instead of a sliding glass window?
My motor home window has the mounting screws facing outward. Took pictures in 2016 sent to Newmar to purchase new seal strips.
The old craftsman said the screws should be showing on the inside and seal strips on the outside. I agree but the engineers said it was put in right.
Every New Mar dealer and service company that has looked at the window said it was in wrong. Just left FMCA rally in Shawnee Oklahoma where ever one looked at window. Not in right.
We had to replace the floor on driver side in 2016. Didn't know the floor was rotten until we were installing new residential refrigerator .
Has anyone had similar issues ?
New Mar wants more pictures to go with the 2016 picture. I thought a picture was worth a thousand words. Love my motorhome and it is well taken care of. No other issues
Thank's Robert

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Sorry but I'm not at all familiar with the Newmar products.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
