Electrical, scratching my head!

Recently the system warning lights started flashing with the key in the off position. They rotate like race cars in a counter clockwise pattern. Across the bottom then across the top. Batteries were replaced this week. This started several weeks ago. Engine starts now and the lights all go out. Any ideas? 99 Georgie Boy Cruise Master with 5.9 Cummins

I just purchased a used winnebago Journey. Had toreplace coach batteries, voltage shows 12.9v, but engine will not turn over. Any Ideas?
Also it looks like I need a transfer switch as it will only run on house batteries, any idea where the best place to purchase would be? Coastal RV is close, but seem to be real rude, not my kind of place to spend my money!!
