electronic jacks

I have a 2004 Damon Daybreak and my electronic jacks will not go down. It is a powergear unit and the retract jacks and engage parking brake lights are flashing even though the jacks are retracted and the park brake is engaged. These lights flash all the time even when I am driving. The unit will not power off. Anyone seen this before?

Here is the link to power gear leveling, it states that with the lights you have blinknig there is a "panel comunication error", in a compartment outside, look up, screwed to bottom side of floor, there should be a black box says power gear on it aprox 3"x5" and aprox 1" thick , make sure plugs are clean and making good contact, also check plug at back of panel on dash.
