I have featured this topic so as to help spread the word to all our members. We are hoping and praying that Don is located or reports in soon.

Seeing this post again today, caused me to wonder about the outcome. After some searching I found the following obituary of which I've posted a portion below.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Don Mapp. Perhaps one of paths crossed his during our travels.
William "Don" Mapp
Appeared: 2005-06-08
William "Don" Mapp, 66, of Lacey, died Wednesday, May 25, 2005, while traveling in his R.V. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2005. Since Don's retirement from the State of Washington, Don became an avid RV'er, traveling thousands of miles each year and camping out all over the country.

Oh my gosh, Don Mapp lived in my town and after looking in the phone book...only a few miles away but we didn't know him. How awful for the family to have to go through that. My thoughts and prayers are with them.

In reading the origional post again, it states that James is seeking <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content"> Near Gulfport, MS. William "Don" Mapp </div></BLOCKQUOTE>. But then farther down it states, <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content"> If you spot Don or his rig </div></BLOCKQUOTE>.
Then the obit states that <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content"> William "Don" Mapp, 66, of Lacey, died Wednesday, May 25, 2005, </div></BLOCKQUOTE>. So just who is missing and is this genuine? If it is, what has happened?

My interpretation is that the son posted the message that his dad was missing. Apparently the obit was written AFTER (6/8) and posted to this group as a follow up. I'm sure it's legit although I have not researched the obit in my local paper.
