I have a 1991 Holiday Rambler with a 460 Ford engine. I have had some packrat damage and I believe they have caused me to not have power to the fuel pump. I am not sure where the fuses are or exactly how to trouble shoot it short of following the wires from the fuel pump in the tank. Any comments would be appreciated.

You do not have fuses in the fuel system. The fuel system uses fuse links and they are located at the starter relay.

For the fuel pump relay to work the power relay (brown bottom relay) must work to send power to the coil of the fuel pump relay (green bottom relay).
Note the power relay clicks along with the fuel pump relay when the key is turned on. Then the fuel pump relay drops out one second later if the computer does not see a PIP pulse from the distributor.
You might want to ground pin #6 of the self-test plug and see if the fuel pump run with the key on.

I seem to recall ford having a safety disconnect for rollover or somdyhing like that.

There was a decal indicating some button some place to push when it failed to start.

That was in somd past life, others may remember, mau apply here

You are talking about the Inertia fuel shutoff that opens on impact. It is located on the left side of the steering column.
It is reset by pushing the red button on top down.
