Essex 2011 fog lights and possible module change

Has anyone found a good replacement for the fog lights? I don't have the expensive Xenon. Amazon is out of stock. It looks like the part number is a FF 200. Anyone out there have any direction?

Also upon diagnosis I was told by Spartan there is no fuse but the on/off is handled by a module. They say there is no repair on a module. At $1100 I don't want to spend on fog lights. I plan to just rewire some how. Anybody have any suggestions?
