I use the name on car racing sites of Autorotica. We refer to our motorhome as the Ho so...

Very interesting thread! As a retired military (USN), I have an idea what some of those user names with military conotation means but the rest are a puzzle. Now, after reading all 159 posts, some are getting clearer. Mine is not that creative nor interesting - just the first three letters of my first name (Romeo). Was also in a rush when I registered so didn't think much about something interesting and funny.

We are big Penn State fans , this fall will be 32 years for football season tickets and we tailgate at all home games, and a few away games. Only missed 4 home games.

Well, actually, I'm Mike and from Maryland, and too lazy to think further than that when I was coming up with a name. Do love me some crabcakes though ...

In the earlier years of the internet I read about a restaurant named Starfire. I thought it was such a cool name, so I just started using it on message boards. Problem is - other people must think so, too, as it's usually taken, so I have to add a number to be able to use it. 5 is one of my lucky numbers.
