Consolidated Vultee (Convair) B-36 Bomber----PEACEKEEPER

Used to teach a few systems on them for the USAF way back when in my other life.

Off-topic, but wow, how times have changed in the MFO.

Our Vietnam-era single-engine Bell Hueys are now replaced by these:

Twin-engined Sikorsky Blackhawk A-models. Nice.

Carry on....

It's the name of my co. I answer the business phone with it and I use it when renting points on Disney vacation club.

Chickenman, my wife and I met in a chicken restaurant and we have been cooking chicken at some level for 28 years. Go "Bojangles'" best chicken and biscuits in the south east.

LOL, you win my vote for the biggest laugh. Whenever I see your posts I always hear my daughter's voice as a toddler signing her first song -- way back in 1976. Can't wait to tell her your real occupation.

Self explanatory, have hearing aids (not always in use) and wear glasses with only about 75% sight in my right eye. Could be lots worse.

Although I was active US Army for three years, 66-69 and am a retired LEO from Florida, I spent 25 years in the US Coast Guard Reserve, reaching the rank of Senior Chief, hence CoastieSCPO. Joining the CG was one of the best darn decisions of my life; have a retired ID with full bennies, including Tricare. Besides, it was fun, got called up for all kinds of stuff, the Mariel boatlift, Desert Storm, hurricanes, etc.

Great thread!

Bob

In Boy Scouts we all had Indian names. Mine was Friendly Quiet Waters. It just stuck. My CB handle was Quietwater and some of my friends call me that. People that know me say it fits my personality.

Lived in Oklahoma since 1989 and owned capuchin monkeys since 1993. Seven characters fit on a license tag -- hence OKmunky.
