SELAH is a biblical term meaning stop, pause and reflect. We thought that was a meaningful word for what we wanted our MH experience to be.

I love the ocean. The sunsets, the beach and fishing. The Dr part fell in as a result of my rearranging my last name and the first letter of my first name. Richard Canedo -rcanedo - DrOcean

I inherited my last name..... :-)
My first name, Melvin, (which I shortened to Mel), was my mothers maiden name, was given to me by my parents.
Out of respect I "use" both!

I come up with mine because I work in a hydroelectric plant. We have a little saying at work that tends to work with my motorhome also. " Stay calm, there's plenty of time to panic later."

I am a general contractor who specializes in residential door installation and repairs. I can't tell you the number of times I've shown up to the front door of homes and after knocking or sometimes before I even get my hand up, I hear yelling inside "The doorguy's here!"

I thought mine was simple. My name is Gary M. Adams, thus my username is my first and middle name's initial and my last name. Found out this weekend that others take it to be 'g' 'madams'.... Not sure what they thought my user name stood for.

It's simply the first letter of the first name of myself, DW and the three now grown daughters. I've used it since the very early days of the internet.

AdamFolger is not my name although it sounds like a real given and surname. Adamfolger is a reversal of Folger Adams, which is a large 6" jail cell key. I have been a police officer all my adult life, starting in the Army Mps back in 69 and retiring from many yeras as a Californis State Police Officer 2007. I have been using the handle ever since the internet went www.

When I returned from Nam in 69 I played a lot of pool to augment my income. A good friend looked at my receding hair line and gave me the nickname "cue ball". That became my CB handle also, then when we bought our boat we decided to name the boat "Cap'n Q-Ball". There's still some people (old acquaintances) from my younger days that only know me as Cue Ball, they never knew my real name, Ron.
