Begin with each of our first initials, then AKAFUN or "alias FUN''. We have shared so many adventures in our 27 years together. From 250K miles of touring on 2 wheels around the US to off-roading in our Jeeps. Bought our 1st Wrangler in 1999 and Mary came up with AKAFUN for our personalized license plate. Now we have a 2013 Wrangler....still have the plates. Now with AKAFUN being towed behind the MH, I am fairly sure our "thumbs up" will increase from passersby.

Mine started with a 1999 Dodge 4x4 Diesel Dually, then an '02, then an '09. All have had six tires and fronts that pull. I don't see myself driving anything else. Someone had better have a 4x4dually hearse when the time comes. LOL

I'm Bamaman, and of course I live in Alabama--but on the Tennessee River.

But I'm really a Tennessean by birth and lived in Nashville and Memphis most of my life. But being Tennesseeman is just too long.

I moved to Vermont to ski after retiring from my first career and now teach skiing at Smugglers Notch Resort.

Its my name. If I ever introduce myself to anyone they may recognise me by my name. It is unlikely that anyone will ever introduce themselves by their user name.

name is Mark but long long ago far far away I kept running into other folks named mark so I started with anothermark then dropped the "a" and became nothermark. The only confusion I get now is some folks trying to keep me up north. ;-)
