Maybe nothing. At 10 years old I wonder if anyone would write a contract like that. If they did I wonder if anyone could afford it. You might be a lot better off putting $30,000 or $40,000 in an accessible investment and hoping it will continue to be there. Routine maintenance will still be out of pocket. Most of your expenses will probably be maintenance.

I have no idea if they do Canada, but wholesale warranties did my 07 outlaw for three years. And year one has just paid for itself.

My experience is the opposite of Scott's; when buying my ( at that time ) 11 year old coach , I was offered a plan $ 7,200 USD for a five year full coverage plan. Coach and chassis, 10% of the purchase price . Only this year , 8th of ownership, did my repair costs go past that $7,200 mark, and even then just barely.
BTW; Although the original price was $7,200 , the price kept coming down till , the day, I took delivery $ 4,800 was the final offer.
If you're buying from a dealer , expect that the first price is inflated.

Usually, the extended service policies require an inspection and service records--does Wholesale say anything about that?

They do an inspection to provide a base line.

Warranty
First of all I am not one to use a warranty on small items. I purchased our warranty through the dealer who told me this was the best you could buy all to the tune of $7900 dollars. I have Compass rv protection on my recently purchased 2013 Entegra coach and have tried to use it 3 times and have been denied every time as far as I am concerned this is not worth the paper it is written on

Just went through the same dilemma. 2011 Winnebago QD. After all the research we did not buy the plan the dealer offered for CDN$5500 but did but a Coach-Net plan for US$7500.00. Both were 3 years/36,000 mi.
I sure hope I wasted my money, but the peace of mind may be worth it.
