Family Motor Coach Association

Becoming really frustrated with the FMCA. I joined the association back in July and as of today, I still have not received my new members out. I have received the license plates but nothing else. I have called several times and they keep telling me it's on the way. Getting really impatient. Has anyone else had any problems with them? I am also a member of Good Sams and never had these kind of problems with them.

What do you need? You have your number and you can download a membership card if you can't wait.
By the way what is a "new members out"?

Not sure what that "kit" might be except for the number plates and your membership card. What is it your are expecting?

There is an FMCA Assist brochure on the website that you can print.

There is a new member "kit" that has some info about the services provided by FMCA. Most important is the FMCAssist info.

You didn't say when "back in July" was, this is only mid August. You also have to remember, Good Sam is a for profit organization, there is no "club" to it. They will flood you with "information". FMCA is a non profit organization and is owned by the membership and operates differently than the Good Sam "Club".

If I had your F number, I would call for you but since I don't, you can call 800-543-3622 and ask for "membership services". They are more than willing to help.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Haven't had that problem with FMCA.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Just saying if you have your number you have acess to everything. You can read about all the features online and you could print any that you feel you need a copy of.
There is nothing to stop you from using any of your benefits.
