Thanks Carl! As I mentioned in my "Thanks" message I'm replacing the one in the Fantistic in the kitchen and putting one in the bath. Much quieter while i read the morning paper. Charlie

Ditto on the kudos to Fantastic. Replaced a broken part at no cost. Now if I could just get the part I ordered from Powergear 4 months ago.

My experience was also very pleasant, when my 5er was delivered last year the cover was broken over the bed, called Fantastic and talked with the tech and I had the parts the next day and he also walked me through what I needed to do to install everything. Also no charge.

Our experience with Fantastid was at a rally in Frankenmuth, MI. I talked to Bagman and said that since they were close by I was going to see if I could get a fan and he wanted one also, Tbey only sell through dealers but did set me up with a mobil service guy in North Branch, MI. The service guy came with a fellow from Fantastic to help out and installed 13 fans in our coaches at the rally. Since a Newmar has a thicker roof he had to get a special insert to fill the space. His wife brought that over the same day. While there the tech got quite a bit of extra service jobs from others in the CG and ran out of fans. I had the little 6" fan in the bathroom that made a lot of noise but didn't move much air. They put in the 3 speed Fantastic and I have to operate it on low only. It will draw the bathroom door shut quickly. Med. speed works for emergency use and on High it will lift you off the seat. While they were working on the MHs they also cleaned up the other Fantastic fans we already had. Everyone went home happy from their dealings with them.

Fantastic will cut the inside filler part to your thickness. I installed several over the years. On a pop up the roof was to thin. They sent me a beautiful spacer for free.

This has to be the best customer service in America according to any responses you will find anywhere. I dare you to find one complaint.
