Fantastic Fan Upgrade

I am looking to upgrade an existing Fantastic Fan with one that has a thermostat. I can't seem to find anything that explains how the thermostat works and how to adjust the heat sensor. I store my RV in a lot that is in the sun. I don't want to leave the fan on all the time. I'm hoping that the thermostat on the 600BTA controls the on/off function and not the fan speed.

I would appreciate thought from anyone that is willing to share.

Give the folks at Fantastic a call. If you have never talked to them before, you will be in for a surprise. They have old fashioned Customer Service.

Not sure what model# i have but i turn it in and it starts and stops when needed. Depending on how high its set it could run all day or just come on when cooking or getting hot inside.

On all the Fantastic fans we've had except the floor model there is a wall control that you can either set to directly set the speed or use as a thermostat so the fan goes on and off. The dome stays up unless enough rain hits the sensor to close it, then reopens when it dries off.

Had one of those FV thermostat models in a previous coach - wall switch/control with thermostat. The fan speed changed or shut off altogether as the temperature changed.
