Feedback for Port Susan Camping Club

First off Yes I did check the revues.
I am looking for a lot to park my 40 foot HR off and on during the year.
I heard about Port Susan Camping Club by Seattle, WA. and find thier prices hard to believe because they are so low and some of the ads are old.
Can anyone give me some honest advice about this place ?
Based on the posted prices I would buy two of them because the way I understand it is leased for 99 years from the indians and you are only allowed to park on one lot for 6 months.
We are currently on the coast in Oregon and it would require a 300 mile trip to drive there.

Don't pray for a blessing--Pray to be a blessing.

I'm a 7+ year member , but I won't have all the answers.
We do have many members who do just what you are considering, and it seems to work well for them. During the winter months, we full-timers drive by many families' campsites & campers that are safe/secure 'ghost-town like' campsites & generally watched over by like-minded campers & rangers on duty.
Now, the winter, will be the best time for New Membership Application, as things really get humming come spring ! (and yes, as in any industry the winter pricing is in effect & you may save a few dollars even, if that is of any concern.
We do have a ,(members), sales staff available for site selection tours & general info; and sales/membership applications are handled onsite.
Has anyone posted the DMT, sales office, phone # or contact info...?
Here is an insider peek-wait, it is on facebook, a place where members chat/visit/share & I have seen new applicants with many questions get some questions answered as well:
Well, I hope this gives ya a clue, without any specific questions I fear I can slip into my traditional T Mikes' yak-yak too;much coffee stuff
so, hit reply and add what you are really concerned about mostly, join the group @ facebook & feel the love , or give our DMT gal, err and guys a call & go from there...yes, we are still a hidden gem & very undervalued at this time, but as they/we modernize our marketing strategy that will also pass LOL
