First time camping ever without tents. Please pray lol

From tenting to this behemoth lol. One question though. We're hooked up to a 30 amp service but with both ac's running we tripped the only breaker that I can see in the motorhome for the ac's which is only a 20 amp breaker.

When you are on 30 amp service, I would only run one AC. Have fun and you are right it's way better than tent camping.

You might be able to run both ac's if you stage them on. One on for a few min, get it get going (the big draw is on power up) then after a bit fire the other u be sure fridge and other ac draws are off at least for start up.

Now that you've had a taste of it do you think you'd ever go back to a tent?

Don't forget that your converter can be sucking up 5 to 8 amps. Do you have a 120V water heater running?

Now there is a 50 amp service on the same power pylon here but my plug won't fit? Do I just buy another adapter?

You don't want to plug 50a into your coach unless you are sure it is wired for 50a. If the 30a cord plugs in at the coach end without an adapter, or is hardwired into the coach it likely is not 50a capable. If you let us know the model year, someone may know the amp rating for that model.

Then why have 2 ac's if you can't use them both?
It's a 1997 fleetwood southwind 32v and a p30 chassis.
