First trip of the year

Did our first trip of the year and left the coach at home. Not afraid of the snow but didn't want to get it covered in road grime and salt. Went from nice weather in Alberta to snow for a day or so in the Vancouver area. We had a couple of hotel stays and thank god no bugs. I said to DW next time we will wait for better weather and take the coach. For us it's the only way to travel. It was nice to get away for a bit and see the grankids, but would have been more enjoyable with our own house on wheels. The season is near.

Have to agree, much better having your own hotel on wheels than the real ones, if we never had to stay in one again it sure wouldn't bother us any.
