I would like to remove the carpet and replace it with as much vinyl or laminate as possible. Can anyone tell me if I really need carpet in the slide area (we just got a used Winnebago Sightseer). I also find the driver and "1st mate" seats uncomfortable - too soft and I sink back & a bit too high for my almost 5'. Any chair recommendations? I have read that the flexisteel(?) are comfortable. Also can the captains chairs be installed lower to accomodate my height?
Thanks for you input.
Chris
