flooring in the rv

A friend of mine has asked me to replace the carpet and hardwood flooring in the living rm/kitchen area of their rv. they want to use an Armstrong snap together floating floor product. Has anyone had experience with doing this? I dont "feel" that its a good idea, esp in a "flexing/moving" vehicle. Appreciate any comments pro or con.

Lots of discussion on this one. I did my 2002 HR Endeavor with three slides in laminate floating floor and could not be happier. With the flexing and movement it has to be a floating floor. Others will say that it will pucker on the edges when you mop it but we have even had a small flood and it held up fine. We bought the cheap stuff too. It is easy to put down and looks great.
