Just got done traveling from NY to Mississippi I-81,75,40,20,&59. Great trip! Stopped at 4 different Flying J's and had NO problems at any of the RV pumps. Follow the directions on the pump and bingo 3cents off and did not have to go inside once. All the bad news thought I would put out some positive comments. Thanks Flying J for fixing it.

Glad to hear you are having good experiences. Two out of the last 3 times I went to a Flying J, the pump did not accept my RV loyalty card.

The sign on the pumps say to insert credit card first then loyalty card (which is as it has been for some time), but after the credit card was approved, there was never a prompt to insert the loyalty card. I did it anyway, but the pump ignored it.

I've been using FJ/Pilots up & down the east coast for the past 5 months and have had no problems at all. Loyalty car works as advertised.

"Follow the directions"; I suspect that is the major problem for many users.I've had their RV card for perhaps 12 years, never have had a problem using it from beginning to now. I never had to re-register it or anything.

This year I drove 8,000 miles in 15 states and used Flying J every time but one. I never had any problems at any of the Fly J's. The pump never shut off and I always got the 3 cent discount.
