I got their new line of tires X-Line Energy-Z, "H" rated tires made in Canada and they were only 2 weeks old when put on my coach.
I beg to differ with you.
On this May 2014 PDF on XRV warranty
. Go to page 4 and check out WHAT IS NOT COVERED Bottom left under list of what is not covered is Ozone or Weather Checking
You are free to post a link to Michelin RV tires Warranty that says they do cover cracks. I would like to see it.
You may have gotten a Customer Good Will adjustment. And your 5 year old tires shouldn't have been cracking bad enough that needed replaced.
Good luck with your new X-Line. Check the warranty on them.
