OH my, lots to read on here about that subject, here is some reading to looks at,
https://www.google.com/search?q=road...com&gws_rd=ssl
until others chime in..........
I have had Goodsam for 7 yrs now, never used them (Praise the Lord)........when this term with them expires, I will switch over to Coachnet, based on years of reading/studying on this subject.

Thanks for the info palehorse89, I read that mostly is about roadside assistance. I am looking for experiences about Travel assistance, like the medical emergency needs, or worse cases. I want to make some arrangements that will be easy for my wife to deal with if something were to happen to me.

I joined the FMCA group, (Charlie Adcock signed me up over some wine, free for 1 year, then $160.00 for 5 years), travel assist is a benefit, it was taken away for some time, then brought back. Here is some studying/reading on it FMCAssist Emergency Medical Evacuation and Travel Assistance Plan .

These post are confusing FMCA Travel Assist with FMCAssist. FMCA Travel Assist is roadside assistance similar to Coach Net to help you with motor home breakdowns. FMCA Travel Assist is a lower cost benefit that you may purchase if you are a FMCA member. FMCAssist is medical evacuation insurance that is included without additional charge with your FMCA membership. FMCAssist will provide medical transportation from a facility that cannot handle you medical condition and return motor home and towed vehicle back home. Many details are listed on the FMCA web site under the benefits tab for both of these benefits.

We have good sam and tried using them this summer with a not so good result. The call taker peeved DW off......they didn't get there to help us. So we will try coach net next.

Good Sam Roadside Assistance put through my automatic renewal (never authorized) on 9/22 for a plan not due to expire until 10/30. I cancelled GS and went with Coach Net.
