Found a few videos that I wanted to share

Next time I'm in the vicinity of New Orleans - gotta go here and see if this paratrooper ran into my pilot Dad during training down there...

The living artifact of our greatest generation :
Living history: A WWII vet's tale of memory and healing - CBS News Video

And a reunion:
Okla. tornado survivor finds dog buried alive under rubble - CBS News Video

skeptic in me wonders - was it staged ?
but the emotion in the ladies voice and the dogs back leg being gimpy at first seems to be genuine...

"Sometimes" the media does a good job

The WWII museum in New Orleans is amazing. Took 2 full days to see it all. My dad was in the South Pacific during WWII and I learned a lot about it, things he never discussed. God bless these veterans and all veterans. The veterans who volunteer at the museum were a blast to talk to.
