Free RV Checklist Android App

First of all, I am the author of this Android application. It is a free application; no ads, no strings, no monthly cost, no future cost; absolutely free. I developed this for my own use but wanted to give back to the RV community so I added a help file and some other things that make it appropriate for general use.

Have you ever forgotten to lower your antenna and had it damaged when you drove away? Have you ever forgotten to put your tow in neutral before you pulled away? I have a solution for you; RV Checklist. This application for your Android smartphone presents checklists that are useful to RVers. It makes sure you don't forget the important things. And, it is free! Completely free; no strings attached; no advertising. I developed this application for myself but thought it would be useful to other RVers. You can download the application from the Android Market for free by searching for "RV Checklist" or use the following link:

[Download RV Checklist from Android Market]https://market.android.com/details?id=com.rvadventuretreks.rvchecklist&featur e=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwyLDEsImNvbS5ydmFkdmV udHVyZXRyZWtzLnJ2Y2hlY2tsaXN0Il0.[/URL]

If you like the application, please leave feedback in the Android Market.

Just downloaded it. It looks great and will be a big help to me since I'm a newbie at RVing. Haven't sent feedback yet but will do.

Thanks for your effort in this.

Nice checklist! You might consider adding a section on what it takes to hitch a fifth wheeler or travel trailer. Things like raising the leveling jacks to the proper position to set the kingpin into the hitch, putting the tailgate down, etc. And then there could be a section on proper backing techniques. Just a few thoughts. Keep it up it's very useful!

Adam,
You can customize any of the checklist very easily yourself.
Open Checklist
Under menu, select Export, choose the list you want to change.
Close Checklist
Attach the Droid to your PC,
Open the directory Computer/Droid(?)/Removable Storage/Backup.
The file you want to edit will be waiting there for you.
Open it with your spreadsheet.
Change, Add, Delete, Reorder or just plane go nuts....
When done, do a "Save as" and use a new name (eg. 5er hookup)
When you next open Checklist, your new list will be there.

It Really is that simple......

I'm sure there is more, but I have not yet had the time to devote to learning ALL the tricks this will do. 5h17, I've only had the Droid of a year and I am still learning what all it can do...

Matt
