Try Hi Sage Marketing in Escondido, CA. I first used them in the late 1990's when we lived in our RV. I still use them though we are not living in the RV. They are a broker and handle different company policies.

Insurance rates vary by domicile, driving record, credit rating, vehicle(s) and a number of other factors. There is no best insurance company for everyone because everyone's circumstances are different. I suggest contacting an independent agent such as Miller Insurance and ask them for quotes from several companies that they represent.
