The Europeans have been dealing with high fuel prices for years and have adapted their RVs accordingly. While this is an extreme version, they have developed some very livable and compact travel trailers and fifth wheels. If you want to see the future of RVing in this country, look at Europe now. Hopefully, there's North American manufacturers that are anticipating the future and already have some forward thinking towable designs on their drawing boards.
