Probably the best Gadget I invested in is the Silverleaf monitoring system for my diesel pusher. Down load the software for free but you need the module that gathers the info from the diagnostic port and displays it on a laptop of notebook. Cost of the moduel is ~$350, RV upgrades has the best price. I had an older Sony Vaio laptop that I use for the display.

Other Gadget is the Garmin 760 GPS, ~$600. Large screen, easy to navigate from and find POI. Bluetooth capable.

Two fly swatters. That way you should be able to find at least one when needed.

Stop buying stuff and go somewhere quiet, isolated, and beautiful. Get in touch with what you have, not what you don't have. Come back when you have to dump your sewage tanks. Repeat until desired effect is achieved. You're welcome.

I will add that you should have two fresh water hoses, a good sewer hose, and if you have a smartphone see if you can use the GasBuddy app. You really do not need anything more than those things, and a carefully stocked fridge, freezer, pantry, full propane and fresh water tanks and good batteries. A good map, of course. Once you know how to get all those things, just GO!
