Gas regulator, need help / advice...

I have a 2019 Winnebago 31G / Ford E450,
I bought a tabletop stove, comes with a connector for a small gas tank (Green coleman, Ithink) and i would like to buy a hose to connect straight from the stove to the quick connector on the RV, i went to a local RV store and they are asking if i have a regulator at the rv or not, How i can know that?

Your stove uses high pressure propane. Your quick disconnect supplies regulated low pressure propane. You need a hose/valve to replace the regulator on your stove in order for this to work.

I chose the other method to install a tee off of the main propane tank before the regulator then a 10’ hose with the same end as the small green 1lb tanks and screwed into the stove regulator. Most grills and stoves have a unique fitting from their regulator to the device which is why I went this route.
