call gulfstream about mh I bought used they told me to go to general rv.any body do service work wiyh them ?

There is one here in Wayland, and I have only gotten parts from there, but my neighbor needed some body work done to his, and they had his TT for 3 weeks, never even looked at it, and they finally said "well this isnt something that we are able to do"
So long story short, they kept it for way to long and had no interest in doing that work"
So if the one you are talking about is like the one in Wayland, I'd call and find a different dealership for service work.

I live 15min from them but have not had any service done. Do it all myself. I don't believe they are open Sunday. They do have a paid dump station but no powered sites. Real close by is a campground in Birch Run and Frankenmuth if needed.

Just clearly state your expectations and clearly understand what they are selling/servicing/warrantying including timeframes and costs before you sign any open ended service order. Most business problems happen at this step of the process.

I've purchased and had my last 2 5th wheelers serviced at General RV in Wixom. Great service work. Done when expected. You have to be up front with them on your expectations.

Now on the other hand, their sales department is $$$$$$.

I purchased my DSDP thru Midway Rv in Grand Rapids. Real happy about that deal. I'll have a understanding of how their service department works after June 4th.

I have have been into General RV in White Lake MI several times for service, other than their outlandish hourly rate (somewhere north of $100 per hour) they do good work. Can't speak for the Bridgeport store.
