Best price on gasoline I have seen lately
$2.41.9 in Ridgeland SC. US 17 and I-95 at exit 18. Will it go lower ?

I saw something yesterday saying that it might be closer to $2 than $3 by the end of the year. Apparently, it's already closer in Ridgeland.

$2.75 for gas in Oregon as of today.
$3.20 for Diesel
I also heard $2 by Thanksgiving

My own bet is that fuel prices will continue to go down between now and Nov.7 which is election day. Gas will probably show greater drop than diesel as more voters are tied to gas than diesel. I am not sure that the general public equates high diesel costs with higher prices in the market place. The general populace does not realize that if you bought it, a truck brought it. I think of regardless which party is victorious on Nov. 7 we will then see the prices go back to the $3/gallon level.
Flame me if you will; but this is my take on the fuel pricing game that we have been subjected to. Think about it, demand is not really down and the supply has not really increased which should be the real governing factors relative to pricing. Ken, '04 DSDp...

Diesel = $2.859.

Well, this side of the Rockies (Western side) diesel is still over $3.25 and regular is over $3.00!
