Girard 3rd Gen Tankless water heater

At the risk of sending things into a descending spiral, has anyone heard anything about the latest generation of Girard tankless systems the GSWH-2. I read all the discussions here and it seems the 1st gen was less than ideal and the 2nd worked out most of the kinks, so I'm interested in what the 3rd gen has in store for us

I have a 10 gallon Suburban that gave up on our last trip in November and I'm looking to replace it.

I tried to buy one as a tie in to a new purchase of a MH last fall. None of the distributors had them and the company was NOT very helpful in selling one. They did educate me on the upgrades and as an experienced user who likes the convenience of the product I chose to stop my search / interest and have a second generation installed.

I had the 1st gen that was 'entertaining' with the squeals and shouts coming from the shower

Girard had a sales vp meet me at a local dealership and he upgraded to the 2nd gen with a limit switch type dial to 'override' some of the issues...

Educating me on the 'tricks' helped a lot with incoming temp changes and air in the lines being the main issues... but didn't keep the 5er long enough to get a 3rd gen...
