You will have the best time of your life rving but not knowing what your doing can also make it so that you never want to do it again. I suggest listening to what others have said, they know what their talking about.

One of the best parts about other RVers is we want people to learn, we want others to enjoy this lifestyle as we have, they will help in heartbeat if you ask them for it AND THEY WILL BE HAPPY YOU ASKED

If you don't think fellow RV'ers don't want to help just start to tinker on something on the MH that they can see, and see how much company you get. Before you know it people will be walking by and giving you advice, or even digging in and helping you. Oh yes as you are thinking guilty as charged, always willing to help, I just can't sit by and watch.

Take it SLOW. Park SLOWLY, stop if needed and look around. Hookup everything you need SLOWLY. Think first then move SLOWLY. All will be good. The biggest happenings surface with speed. If you don't know don't guess ask someone we all had our firsts.
Have fun!

Be sure to have a spotter back you in. I still do this after years of motor homing.

All excellent advice so far. I find it best after I think everything is put away I then walk around my MH looking up & down and checking all doors and locks before I even start the MH. Good luck and haved fun.

You might ask for a pull-thu sight to make it a little easier.
