Gold Standard

Here's the coach in question:

I've heard Country Coach referred to as the gold standard for Class A's specifically pre 2008; laxer emission standards those years. Linked one has an ask double NADA.
Opinions?

You probably heard that from a Country Coach owner. Monaco owners would surely disagree, as would Beaver and Foretravel owners.

I'm not arguing that it wasn't an excellent coach - just that it is hardly the acknowledged leader.

NADA values for Rvs are not accurate enough to make judgements on 10+ year old RV pricing. The book price is merely an estimate and not determined form actual sales records or dealer prices. Condition and local demand for both the type and brand of coach can make a huge difference.

the price does seem high to me but keep in mind this is a 32' diesel pusher. The shorter pushers are beginning to be a desired coach for many people so the price would probably be elevated over a similar but slightly larger coach.

This is a very unique 32' diesel pusher with IFS and a side radiator. Lots of options, but not a $129K. I know there are people looking for this particular coach, kind of a Unicorn, but I wouldn't overpay that much just because it's special.

This coach has a lot of extras on it that if you bought a bare bones coach and had to add them, the price would be up there. The ISL motor option was$8K, the Hurricane heater was a $5K option. The heated floor was after market and that would run you about $10K. Slide out trays I think were about $300 each plus the basement refer/freezer. No idea what the solar cost would be. The TV's have been upgraded to flat screens and that took some cabinet work, not cheap. Looks like updated tail lights to LED. That stupid little tray on the dash was a $500 factory option.

The 32 footers demand a higher price than my 40 footer so, there you go.

I know Terry and he does not sell junk. He does take them to OMC for a complete checkout before a coach will go on his lot.

Bottom line: minimum a seller will accept meets maximum a buyer will pay.
